SAMPLING

The Brooklyn Lyceum Cafe wants to work with food purveyors.

As the Lyceum cafe implements some changes(new product, fresh baked goods, new coffee) it is embarking on a project we have had our eye on for a long time.  Specialty foods are becoming more common.  But there are limited venues to gain exposure for quality, new products.

Outline

• Each week the Lyceum cafe will sample a new product.  
• Each product will be sampled for two weeks or until we run out of product, whichever comes first.
• At the samples table there will be a short questionnaire:
• Name
• Email
• Rating (1-5) with 5 being excellent.
• Comments
• At the end of two weeks
• The Lyceum will review the sheets and consider(based on our evaluations of quality and price as well as the patron reviews) stocking the item if it works with the changing layout of the cafe. 
• The review sheets will be forwarded to the purveyor.

• Deliver us some preliminary samples
• If we think it works for both parties
• Deliver Sample stock
• Deliver signed Application

Purveyor participation

Although we are happy to make samples available on the sample table, you are encouraged to man the table on occasion.
